I am looking for a name brand portable air compressor as a style two reservoirs. Hitachi, Porter Cable, DEWALT what I'm looking for. I do not know how to judge the volume in decibels, so what is the quietest? And it is better not oil run oil? I want the highest CFM Atleast possible to run a nailer without waiting for the load. Please someone explain this to me and give me your best advice in each compressor. So thank you for people going to the oil units, compared with oil-less. Do they work well in cold weather? My concern with the entire volume is that when I am in a closed house or basement and noisy compressor kicks, it's just my ears ring and it is so boring.
